Services were reeling at 267 for 8 in reply to Goa’s 304 but Sethi and Sakuja (17) put on 41 to earn their side three points. Services had been sitting strong on 251 for 4 with Anshul Gupta (125) and Sethi having added 174 but the former’s dismissal led to a stumble. Sethi revived the innings and after Sakuja’s exit, put on 73 for the last wicket with Roshan Raj (35) to stay unbeaten on 132 off 258 deliveries.
The Goa openers played out 14 overs without damage in their second innings.
