rnGoa Velha Sports Club can count themselves lucky as they got the better of Curtorim Gymkhana 4-3 via the tie-breaker and moved into the quarter-final of 6th Benaulim Super Soccer inter-village football tournament for Alvernaz and Lalush Alemao memorial trophy at St John Baptist ground, Dando, Benaulim on Thursday. The teams failed to score during the normal period.
rnIn the ensuing tie-breaker, Francis Pires, Melroy Silva, Anthony Rego, Joy Gonsalves were on target for Goa Velha while Nelson Gomes, Roy Colaco and Seby Martins scored for Curtorim Gymkhana.
