MUMBAI: Romeo Fernandes who was unveiled as an Atletico Paranaense player on Monday, had his first practice session, on Thursday morning.
The player on loan from Dempo, who had arguably been the best Indian performer in the inaugural edition of the Indian Super League (ISL), has been handed the number 62 jersey of the club’s Under-23 side.
The team took part in technical and tactical training under the tutelage of coach Marcelo Vilhena which began at 9 a.m. local time and lasted about an hour and a half.
