Government HSS took the lead in the 15th minute when Anisha Velip bulged the net. Spurred by the success, Government HSS intensified their attack but close encounter misses by their forwards prevented them from doubling the score.
Crossing over, Union High School tried their level best to neutralize the score but Government HSS dashed their hope when Pooja Phal Dessai doubled the lead.
