It was Assonora colts that went surged ahead in the 10th minute through a penalty scored by Prajot Arabekar.
On crossing over, Arambol not only equalised in the 58th minute through Myson Fernandes neat placement, but two minutes later Shashank Ashvenkar scored the match winning goal from outside the penalty box to make it 2-1.
Milind Shinde of Assonora received the man of the match award.
In another match, Saligao Sporting club registered a 6-5 win via the tie-breaker over Sao Jose de Areal to advance ahead.
Alviton Silva gave Sao Jose the lead, while for Saligao Sporting Abhijit Gaunekar equalised, 1-1.
In the penalty shootout Saligao won by 5-4 margin.
