VASCO: All GFA-affiliated clubs will be provided special season passes for witnessing all-nine Hero I-League matches of Churchill Brothers Football Club at Tilak Maidan, Vasco, from December 19.
Churchill Alemao, MLA and president of Churchill Bros FC stated that each GFA-affiliated club will be entitled for five season passes each which can be obtained either from Joyfon Goes, assistant operations manager or Macario Rodrigues, administrative officer at the ground, Vasco or the Margao office from December 18, on presentation of the official club’s letter.
Churchill also disclosed that college and school students will be given free entry on presentation of the I-cards.
The launching of the official club anthem will be on December 19, at 7 p.m. at the venue.
The specially composed anthem which has been dubbed at the studio at Macasana, has well-known Kingfisher Voice of Goa’s winner Cyrus Berne as the lead singer with Allan D’Sousa and his group of football and music enthusiasts providing the soul-stirring background with a typical, enchanting, ear-catching Goan beat.
