IM Anurag secures 7 points

PANJIM: Goa’s IM Anurag Mhamal drew with IM Rahul Sangma (2285) of Railways to secure seven points and is placed 16th at the end of 10th round in the ongoing 53rd National Challenger Chess Championship 2015 at Nagpur-Maharashtra, on Monday.

Anurag will face FM Akash Thakur (2332) of Railways on Tuesday.
CM Nitish Belurkar defeated Rohit Gurung (1746) of Sikkim to secure 5.5 points while Anant Prabhudesai drew with Sayan Bose (2012) of West Bengal to finish on 4.5 points.  
Ameya Audi (4.5 pts) defeated Ketan Patil (1688) of Maharashtra and CM Leon Mendonca (4 pts) outsmarted Kavisha Shah (1620) of Gujarat while Riddhi Zantye remains on three points.
