PANJIM: WIM Ivana Furtado remains in joint lead with 5.5 points alongwith six other players after the seventh round of Women Challenger championships at Trissur, Kerala, Tuesday.
Ivana drew with WGM Swati Ghate of LIC today and will play on the top board against WGM Soumya Swaminathan of Indian Oil Corporation, on Wednesday.
WGM Bhakti Kulkarni of Goa Carbon defeated Satya Priya of Tamil Nadu and is now on five points.
WCM Riya Savant of Geno Pharmaceuticals drew with Shalon Joanne Pais of Karnataka and is on 4.5 points.
Other Goan players, Gauri Hadkonkar, Sakshi Naik Gaonkar and Aditi Prabhugaonkar are on three points while Gunjal Chopdekar and Urvi Bandekar are on 2.5 points.
