FATORDA: The much anticipated FC Goa’s return at Fatorda witnessed rather empty stands as just 14,875 spectators made it to the venue on Monday.
While the stadium had the same buzz and energy, it was the empty North stands which surprised many during the high voltage clash between Goa and Jamshedpur which ended in a pulsating draw.
“The tickets weren’t sold out and we really don’t know what is the reason behind this,” said an official.
