PANJIM: GFDC Khandepar blanked GFDC Collem, 3-0 in a U-13 boys match at Khandepar ground in the on-going GFDC Rising Star football festival, on Saturday.
In the 14th minute Nishit Gaude opened the scoring for Khandepar.
In the 37th minute Sanket Gaude made it 2-0. Few minutes later Abbas Tumbagi netted one more for the day.
Sanket Gaude was declared as the player of the match.
In U-10 boys match at the same venue GFDC Khandepar held GFDC Collem to a goalless draw.
In another match, GFDC Paroda beat GFDC Ambelim, 3-0.
Livon Clement scored a brace and was adjudged as the player of the match and Clifton Fernandes scored the other goal.
In another match GFDC Paroda defeated GFDC Ambelim, 3-0 in a U-13 girl’s match.
Cumi Lima scored two goals and Griffa Oliveira netted one for Paroda. Cumi was declared as the player of the match. In a U-10 Boys match GFDC Paroda registered a 2-1 win over GFDC Ambelim. Blayne Fernandes scored both the goals for Paroda and was announced as the player of the match.
GFDC Mashem thrashed GFDC Devabhag, 7-0 in a U-10 boy’s match played at Devabhag ground. Ketan Sudhir from Mashem centre was declared as the player of the match. In another match GFDC Devabhag beat GFDC Mashem, 4-0 in a U-13 boy’s match.
Velson Fernadnes was adjudged as the player of the match.
