NIRAKAR-CANACONA: Mandovi Boys defeated Handsfighter in the final of the 1st Canacona level Muncipality & Panchayat tennis ball cricket tournament, at Nirakar ground, recently.
Handsfighters batted first and scored 67 runs for the loss of four wickets in the allotted 8 overs.
In reply, Mandovi Boys chased down the target in 6.3 overs.
The winners were awarded Rs 30,000 along with the winners’ trophy while the runners-up received Rs 20,000 and a trophy.
