In the first half the score sheet remained goalless. Mangor Sports Club dominated the proceedings but the goals were not at sight. Uguem Rising Stars played a defensive game and mostly confined to the midfield.
Crossing over, Uguem Rising Stars took the lead in the 75th minute but Mangor Sports Club restored parity in the 82nd minute.
At the end of regulation time the score was 1-1 draw.
The teams then headed into the penalty shootout wherein Mangor Sports Club did not miss a single attempt to net in five goals.
In a tactical move at the last attempt, Sushant Borkar took over as goalkeeper for Mangor Sports Club and the player of Rising Stars shot wide resulting in jubilation in the Mangor camp.
