VARCA: Mark Veterans, Nuvem got the better of Tiswadi Veterans 3-1 to move into the quarter-finals of the 1st All Goa Veterans soccer organised by TEXAS Boys, Varca, at Varca SC ground, on Sunday.
At half time, Mark Veterans led 2-0 at half time.
Santan Furtado gave an early lead in the first minute for Mark Veterans. Rosario Carvalho increased the lead for Mark Veterans, Nuvem.
In the second half, Santan Furtado doubled his score to complete his brace and made it 3-0 for Mark Veterans.
Santosh Gawade reduced the margin for Tiswadi Veterans.
