ASSOLNA: Miracles Veterans Mobor defeated Joe Cookies Ambora 1-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the Assolna Veterans football tournament and the match played at Assolna ground, on Thursday.
Karekar Fernandes scored the match winner for Miracles Veterans in the 49th minute.
With six minutes left for the final whistle Joe Cookies’ Pele Xavier missed the opportunity to draw level.
