Nerul edge out Verna

PANJIM, NOV 5
Nerul Sports Club defeated Verna Sports Club 5-4 via the tie-breaker to sail into the finals of Rossman Cruz Nagoa soccer at Nagoa ground, Verna on Friday. There was no score at half time.
With both the keepers outstanding at their respective nets, neither  team managed to shoot on target.
In the penalty shoot out, Nerul netted through Sarvesh Dabolkar, Janifar Clemente, Radhakrishna Desai, Felix Barretto and Leroy Almeida while John Costa, Anthony Rego, Ajay Satarkar and Vijal Rego were on target for Verna.
