St Rita High School won against Infant Jesus High School 3-0. Goal scorers were Leticia Monteiro, Sarita Chetri and Pragati Ghochayat. The match between St Jude High School and Immaculate Conception High School ended in a goalless draw
The King’s School got the better of St Joseph’s Educational Institute 3-1.
Goal scorers were Neha Verlecar, Valaina Fernandes, Joida Rocha from The King’s School. Aline Peixoto from St Joseph’s Educational Institute netted the lone goal. Winning teams collect three points each. The Next Gen League 1.0 is an initiative by The King’s Sports Academy to promote football development at school level by organising multiple matches across different age categories for participating school teams over the course of the academic year.
