Debutants ONGC’s search for their maiden win in the I-League continued after Pune FC rallied from a goal down to secure a 1-1 draw in a fifth round match at the Rajashri Shahu stadium here today.
Trailing 0-1 for a major part of the match, the visitors scored through Mandjou Keita in the 88th minute to crush ONGC’s hopes.
Earlier, ONGC surged ahead in the first half following a strike by N D Opara in the 28th minute.
While ONGC have three points from five matches, Pune FC, runners-ups in the previous season, have four points from as many matches.
