A breezy 94 (11 4s, 3 6s) by Sanjay Dabholkar and Balkrishna Jadeja’s superb spell of 5-21 enabled Panjim Gymkhana to score a 111-run victory over Goa Police in the finals of Bandodkar T20 cricket finals at Panjim Gymkhana ground, Campal here on Wednesday.
Panjim Gymkhana 194 for 9 in 20 overs (Sanjay Dabholkar-94, Devidas Kholkar-24, Kuldeep Sharma-39. Dondu Tulaskar 1-14, Rajendra Dhabolkar 1-31, Abhijit Talekar 2-39, Vinod Wilson 1-37 and Thangu Naik 2-17).
Goa Police 83 for 10 overs (Rajendra Dabolkar 35, Siddharth Navade 15. Merwyn Carvalho 1-20, Balkrishna Jadeja 5-21 and Prashant Kakode 1-7).
Best batsman Kishore Sinari. Best bowler Dinesh Naik. Man-of-the match Sanjay Dhabolkar. Man-of-the series Raju Dhabolkar.
