Shantadurga Sports Club defeated Virashree Red 3-1 in the second match as Pranav Naik beat Deepak Gopani 11-8, 11-9, 11-4 in straight sets. Followed by Shashwat Mapshekar going down to Anthony Gomes 6-11, 9-11, 8-11. However, Shantesh Mapshekar beat Rajan Naik 11-9, 9-11, 11-7, 11-6 in the third match and Pranav Naik beat Anthony Gomes 14-16, 2-11, 11-3, 11-9, 16-14 in a five set thriller.
