MAPUSA: Pilerne Sports Club registered a fluent 3-1 win over PVC Parra to enter the semis of the Shruti Pednekar Memorial Soccer Trophy organsied by Sodiem Siolim SC, at Khorier ground, Sodiem, on Saturday.
It was the Parra colts that took the lead in the first session through the boots of Faizal.
On crossing over, in the 40th minute, Pilerne outfit equalised through Viraj Malik firm header.
Just four minutes later, Sanket Jotkar increased their Pilerne’s lead to make it 2-1.
Sanket netted his brace in the 55th minute with a neat placement to make it 3-1.
