PANJIM: Ponda Veterans grounded Egmore Veterans, Chennai 3-2 via the tie-breaker in a veterans exhibition football match, at Raia panchayat ground, on Sunday.
Chennai took the lead through Satyam but Ponda equalized through Adriano, 1-1.
In the tie-breaker, Agnelo, Cosme and Rafik scored for Ponda while for Chennai Jo Pual Ancheri and Satyam scored.
Agnelo Fonseca presented a memento to the Chennai team.
