PANJIM: Progress HS, Sanquelim trounced Mushtifund HS, Panjim by 46 runs to emerge champions of all-Goa Germania Trophy inter-school cricket tournament organized by Panjim Gymkhana at Bandodkar ground, Campal, here.
Progress elected to bat and scored 109 for nine wickets in 20 overs. Mayuresh Narvekar 13, Saurav Naik 17, Rohit Naik 14. In reply, Mushtifund HS were bundled out for a paltry 63/10 in 19.2 overs. Shambhu Pilarnkar 27, Srinath Paranjpe 21.
