CARMONA: Parish Youth Nuvem gained a walkover and moved in the quarter-finals of the 2nd Carmona Village Panchayat Cup, organised by Carmona Sports Club, after their opponents Arlem Youth Association Raia failed to report on time at VP ground, Carmona, on Sunday.
