Reliance One win by 11 runs

PANJIM: Reliance One won by 11 runs against Indian Oil in the Goa Corporate League match played at Goa Cricket Academy ground, Porvorim, on Sunday.

Indian Oil won the toss and elected to field. Reliance One scored 186 for 9 in their 20 overs. 
Rohan and Hitesh opened the batting but they followed a set back as Hitesh was bowled out for a duck. Skipper Saurabh Tiwari managed to scoredboard ticking as he scored 67 runs off 35 balls before he was sent back to the pavilion Raivkant Shukla. Jitesh Sharma fell short of 7 runs to get his half century. 
The Indian Oil bowlers put up a formidable performance with Avesh Khan taking 3 wickets while Rohan Raje picked up 2 wickets. 
In reply, Indian Oil scored 175 for 9 in their 20 overs. 
Ankush Bains and Ravikant Shukla opened the batting for Reliance. They suffered an early set back as Ravikant was dismissed for a duck. Ankush scored 45 runs off 19 runs before being bowled by Nagar Koti. Pinal Shah managed to scored 70 runs off 40 balls. the Reliance One bowlers managed to take wickets at regular intervals which restricted Indian Oil from reaching the target.  
Nidesh picked up 4 wickets while Nagar Koti and Anukul Roy scalped 2 wickets each. Nidesh was awarded Player-of-the-Match.
Meanwhile in another match, ONGC won by 8 wickets against GMR group.
