PANJIM: Ribandar Veterans beat Santa Cruz Veterans by toss in the Friendship Cup organised by Pogo Boys, at Our Lady of Merces church ground, on Wednesday.
Mario put Santa Cruz ahead with a good neat placement. But the joy was short-lived as Pratap equalised for Ribandar Veterans with a good strike before the final whistle.
The tie-breakers ended with a score of 10-10 draw.
Due to bad light the winners were decided by toss of coin as Ribandar Veterans emerged lucky.
