PANJIM: Ritviz Parab, Rohan Ahuja, Niraj Saripalli and Ameya Audi remained in joint first position with four points after the fourth round of State Senior Chess Championship 2013 organized by Goa Chess Association, at Multipurpose Hall, SAG Sports Complex, Chicalim, Thursday.
Swapnil Hobble is in second position with 3.5 points. Other top board results with points are as follows: Barath M lost to Ritviz Parab but both secured three points each. Sawant Tatvesh Ramdas (3) lost Rohan Ahuja (4), Niraj Saripalli (4) beat Prasanna Swamy (3), Audi Ameya (4) outsmarted Vasant Vishnu Naik (3), Swapnil Hobble (3.5) beat Audi Saiesh (2.5), Nandhini Saripalli (3) drew with Shane A. Braganca (3), Sadanand M. Rawal (2) lost to Rishubh N. Naik(3), Sakshi Naik Gaonkar (2) lost to Sanjay R. Kavlekar (3), Avinash Malvankar (2.5) drew with Swera A. Braganca (2.5), and Siva Swamy V.(2) beat Aishwarya Thorat (2).
