Royal Caterers were leading 2-0 in the first half.
Both the teams trying their luck at the goals, the deadlock for Royal Caterers was broken by Tony Dias in the 16th minute when he collected a pass from Joven Dias inside the box and unleashed the ball in the rival nets.
Vaz Caterers tried in levelling the score through a forward combination of Cliff Fernandes, Velton Fernandes and Francis Andrade but failed to convert.
Royal Caterers again got a chance to double the lead in the 22nd minute through a free-kick taken by Seby Martins, from the centre line scoring a beautiful shot beating the Vaz Caterers goalkeeper hands down to make it 2-0.
After the lemon break, the teams fought with same vigour. Finally, Vaz Caterers opened their account in the 40th minute through a self goal of Seby giving a hope for Vaz Caterers to come back into the game.
Soon, Vaz Caterers levelled the score in the 55th minute when Cliff send a pass inside the six-yard box to Francis, who took a beautiful shot in the goal.
With a 2-2 draw, the teams raided each other’s citadel in search of the match winner but failed to convert the opportunities which came their way till the end of regulation time.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Royal Caterers scored through Myron Fernandes, Jolex Fernandes, Seby Martins and Glen Fernandes while Vaz Caterers were on target through Francis Andrade, Cliff Fernandes, Minguel Barreto.
Royal Caterers will meet Miranda Caterers, Davorlim in the final on Easter Sunday.
