PANJIM: Pax of Nagoa were humbled at home by the Salgaocar FC in the GFA’s U-18 League, on Friday.
The Vasco outfit scored through Devendra Mulgaonkar in the 34th minute, Shane Rodrigues in the 69th and the evening’s final goal came in the 74th minute from Liston Colaco.
The Greens were off to a flying start as Rowlin got past the Pax defence in the very second minute but his shot came off the crossbar to deny the young Green.
The Pax custodian was not given a chance to rest as in the 10th minute Kaushik’s cross accompanied by a blazing Divyansh Sudan run had him make a close range save to deny an attacking Salgaocar side.
