PANJIM: Swimmer Sanjana Prabhugaonker won silver medal for Team India in Youth E girls category at UIPM 2016 Biathle/ Triathle World Championship held in Sarasota, Flordia, USA, recently.
Sanjana, a Std IV student of Sharada Mandir School, Panjim underwent regular coaching at Panjim-Campal swimming pool of Sports Authority of Goa under the guidance of SAG coach Deepak Chhetry.
Earlier, Dempo Group of companies chairman Shrinivas Dempo had extended his support providing financial assistance for Sanjana in participating in the sports championship.
