Sao Jose Areal qualify

Sao Jose de Areal Sports Club dished out a stellar performance to outplay Chicalim Youth Club 3-0 to qualify for GFA’s Third Division South Zone play-off finals at Nagoa ground, on Wednesday. Sao Jose de Areal led 2-0 at half time.
Sao Jose de Areal dominated from the start and kept their rival defenders on their toes.
At the other end, Chicalim seldom troubled the rival defence and were struggling to get hold over their rivals.
Ozie Andrade put Sao Jose de Areal into the lead with a snap shot in the 35th minute. Two minutes later Melwyn Costa doubled the lead with a stiff grounder.
Crossing over, Sao Jose de Areal slackened their pace and did not allow their opponents to strike rhythm.
Melwyn Costa struck a second time in the 49th minute to complete his brace.
