VILLA-MAREX CHANDOR: Signals blanked Navelim 3-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the 16th All Goa open Seamen football tournament organised by Villa Marex Boys, Chandor, at Villa Marex ground, Chandor, on Tuesday.
In the 5th minute, Signals scored the first goal through Barsel Gomes’ power-packed shot .
Barsel Gomes completed his hat-trick for Signals in the 42nd and 45th minutes.
Signals will now meet the winner of FC GOA and Sun Moon and star in the quarter-finals on September 6.
