Trevor Dias broke the deadlock for Adarsh when his 25-yard free-kick curled its way into the far end of the Marna goal.
On resumption of play, Marna did not wait for long and within three minutes netted in the equalizer through the boots of Balchandra Vernekar.
After some midfield action Ritesh came with the match winning goal for Marna from the penalty spot, after he was viciously brought down by Adarsh defender Jayesh, inside the danger zone.
