BENAULIM: St Rock YC, Majorda got the better of Rossman Cruz, Nagoa-Verna 4-3 to move into the semi- final of the 22nd Dando Boys Cup football tournament organised by Dando Boys Club, Benaulim, at Sao Joao Baptist ground, Dando-Benaulim, on Sunday.
In the 32nd minute, Razor Pereira netted the first goal of the match for St Rock. Within three minutes, Navin Almeida doubled the lead for St.Rock.
Ten minutes later, Kevin Almeida further inflated the lead for St Rock.
Minutes later, Savio Fernandes pulled a goal back for Rossman.
In the 65th minute, Beneston Barreto made it 2-3 for Rossman.
Joslin Dias made it 4-2 for St Rock in the 66th minute.
With six minutes left for the final whistle, Beneston Barretto made it 3-4 for Rossman.
