Steffi wins silver

HAMIRPUR, DEC 28
Saroj of Delhi got first position while Steffi Cardozo of Goa stood second and Mukesh of Delhi third in the shot put event at the 34th National Women Sports Meet here today.
Wahida Rehman of Delhi won her second Gold medal by winning 800 meters race clocking 2.20.5 minutes.
Manprit Kaur of Punjab came second and Sangita Yadav of Uttar Pradesh got third place.
In long jump, Swati Bhumi of West Bengal won the first place with a jump of 5.67 meters followed by Rakhi Thakur of Uttar Pradesh and Meenu of Kerala.
