SARZORA: Tilamol United edged past St Rock’s Youth Club, Calata-Majorda 1-0 to cruise into the quarter-finals of All-Goa Our Lady of Assumpta Trophy inter-village football tournament organised by Sarzora Sports Club, at Sarzora ground, on Monday.
From the start, both the teams went into an attacking mode as a result there were few thrills at either end. The all-important goal came in the 19th minute when Aliston Carvalho slotted past the rival goalkeeper with snap shot off well-measured cross from Assli Carvalho.
