PANJIM: Vishant Gavde of Chiranjeevi Fitness bagged the Mr Goa 2014 as well as titles at the recently concluded Bodybuilding Competition organised by “Aryan Boys”, under the aegis of Musclemen’s Bodybuilding Association at Ana Fonte garden, Margao.
Guruprasad Mapne was the chief guest, judges for the competition were Vinayak Naik, Pascoal Noronha, T Nikhil and Andrew Pereira.
Other results: Upto 55 kg: 1st place – Vinod Dhavlikar (Chiranjeevi Fitness), 2nd place – Rahul Mangueshkar (Pitbull Gym), 3rd place – Rodson Fernandes (Pitbull Gym), 4th place – Dhani Ram Thakur (Power Gym), 5th place – Mohammad Hussain (Pitbull Gym).
55-60 kg: 1st place – Vaibhav Goankar (Shubhlaxmi Fitness), 2nd place – Suraj Kunkolkar (Pitbull Gym), 3rd place – Sushant Jhadav(Damodar Gym), 4th place – Akash Shirodkar (Pitbull Gym), 5th place – Menino D’sa (Pitbull Gym).
60-65kg: 1st place – Luis Morra (Pitbull Gym), 2nd place – Gauresh Khandekar (Shubhlaxmi Fitness), 3rd place – Abhay Naik (Shublaxmi Fitness), 4th place – Rama Kunkonkar(Pitbull Gym), 5th place – Dalesh Surlikar (Pitbull Gym).
65-70kg: 1st place – Ashish Naik (Chiranjeevi Fitness), 2nd place – Jhonny D’souza (Pitbull Gym), 3rd place – Magendra Kumar(Power Gym),4th place – Babu Shirodkar (Super Universal), 5th place – Ameer Mardolkar (Pitbull Gym).
70-75kg: 1st place – Mr.Vishant Gavde (Chiranjeevi Fitness), 2nd place – Laksha Kunkolkar (Chiranjeevi Fitness), 3rd place – Dylan Rodrigues (Camorlim Gym and Fitness), 4th place – Daniel Francis (Camorlim Gym and Fitness), 5th place – Sharook Shaikh (Super Universal).
Above 75kg: 1st – Aparan Uskaikar (Chiranjeevi Fitness), 2nd – Deepak Mardolkar (Pitbull Gym), 3rd place – Pelvio D’costa (Margao Gym), 4th – Machindra Mandrekar (Royal Gym),5th – Daryl Gonsalves (Pitbull Gym). Best Poser – Rodson Fernandes and Best Biceps – Vaibhav Goankar.
