PANJIM: Welvin Menezes was unanimously re-elected as President of Goa Velha Sports Club at the recently held General Body Meeting of Goa Velha Sports Club at Casa do Povo, Goa Velha.
Menezes has been elected unopposed for the second consecutive term. Menezes was the ex-General Secretary of the Goa Football Association and is currently serving his third term as an Executive Committee Member of Goa Football Association.

Welvin Menezes was the ex-Congress Block President of St. Andre Constituency.
