MARGAO: Wilred Leisure Sports Club blanked Sporting Club of Davorlim 3-0 to march into the semi-finals of all-Goa 32nd Gold Silver Rolling Trophy inter-village football tournament, organized by Navelim Sporting Club, at Sinquetim ground, Navelim, Saturday.
Wilred Leisure started the game on the positive note and took the lead in the 18th minute when Leslie Fernandes bulge the net.
Crossing over, Wilred Leisure dictated terms and kept their opponents on the back foot. Mario Mascarenhas scored the insurance goal soon after resumption. Tony Dias rounded off the tally midway in the second half.
