PANJIM: Salgaocar Sports Club stared off their campaign with a 23 run victory over Sarvodaya Royals, in the opening match of Goa Premier League T20 cricket tournament, organized by Goa Cricket Association (GCA), at GCA Academy ground, on Sunday.
Batting first, Salgaocar posted 137/7 in 20 overs. In reply, Sarvodaya were bowled out for 114.
