MAPUSA: Xetrapal Sports Club defeated Assonora United Sports Club 2-0 to enter the quarter-finals of 9th all-Goa Pio Jose Goveia memorial inter-village football tournament organized by Youth Sports Club of Colvale, at church ground, Colvale, on Monday.
Xetrapal went ahead in the 22nd through Vikesh Pednekar while Koran Agarwadekar doubled the advantage in the second session. Xetrapal meet Saligao Sporting Club on December 18.
