MAPUSA: Xetrapal Sports Club registered a solitary goal win over Candolim Sports Club to advance into the quarters of the Late Shruti Pednekar Memorial Soccer Trophy, organised by Sodiem Siolim Sports Club, at Khorier ground, Sodiem, on Wednesday.
The all important goal came in the 15th minute of first session where a well executed free-kick by Bandhari was connected into the goal by Vinu Pednekar.
