The former chief officer, who is now heading the Directorate of Civil Supplies, has cited then MMC Chairperson Dayanand Deulkar, vice-chairperson Dadi Mayenkar, former MMC Chairperson Arthur D’Silva, besides one Samir Kunkolikar as witnesses who were present at the time of the crime.
Deepali has submitted the CCTV footage, besides newspapers cuttings and photographs in support of her complaint that Municipal Union leader Anil Shirodkar had allegedly obstructed her while she was discharging her duties on February 26, 2014.
Anil has refuted the charge saying that the employees were protesting outside in the corridor of the civic body and had never physically obstructed the chief officer.
