VASCO: The level crossing work at Davorlim for executing the laying of double tracks which was supposed to take place on November 9 has been postponed by the Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) citing “operational constraints” as the reason.
Speaking to the Herald, RVNL’s top official informed that due to the operational constraints, which are due to some logistical problems and some incomplete work, the execution of laying the double tracks has been postponed till further notice.

South Western Railway in its press release mentioned that the level crossing work permission at Davorlim for executing the laying of tracks was obtained from South Goa Collector vide Order No 37/128/2008/MAG/12392 on October 26, 2020.
