MAPUSA: Anjuna Police on Thursday arrested one Dion Robert Albert (31), Ivory Coast national for illegally possessing narcotic substance suspected to be cocaine worth Rs 17,000.
According to the information obtained from Anjuna Police Inspector, a team of Anjuna Police conducted a narcotic raid in the intervening night of Wednesday-Thursday near Babka Cake Shop and caught the alleged accused red-handed in possession of narcotic drug suspected to be cocaine worth Rs 17,000.

The police registered an offence against the accused under Section 21(A)of NDPS Act. Further investigation is in progress.
