PANJIM: Salgaocar Football Club scored a fluent 2-0 win over Sporting Clube de Goa in the All India Football Federation U-13 League match played at Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim, on Tuesday.
The Greens have managed to collect 18 points from seven games and are at the top.
Salgaocar FC took the lead in the 14th minute when Flan Crasto made the initial spade work before playing the ball to Salvador Gama who was in a better position to shoot and the latter made no mistake to score past the helpless keeper.
In the second half, Salgaocar FC continued their dominance and soon doubled the account in the 53rd minute through Ashony Gomes.
