PANJIM: Janata High School U-17 boys defeated Shri Damodar English High School, Gudi-Paroda, in a sudden death in the State Junior Nehru Hockey Championship held at the astro turf ground, Peddem-Mapusa, recently. Earlier, the teams tied in 1-1 draw. The shootout also ended with a tie. Rakesh Yadav scored the winning goal for Janata High School in a sudden death.
