With no order, discipline or hygiene followed by the people selling fish, vegetables and fruits, or the authorities, it seems to be a free for all in the morning and a unique sight worth watching to see the sad state of Margao’s premier Fish Market which does not follow any basic rules of hygiene and discipline. Dirty and highly contaminated water with sewage can be seen flowing in the adjoining fields and ponds.
