The Association of All Goa Muslim Jamaats (AAGMJ) has appealed to people of the State to maintain their traditional peace and harmony, irrespective of the High Court judgement.
“Goans are known for maintaining peace and communal harmony and the present situation demands that we all join together and channelize our resources for maintaining peace and prosperity of our country,” states the press note issued by
AAGMJ General Secretary Kazi Salim.
“Let us all respect the judicial system and work together for the welfare of the common man. Let peace be a victor today,” added the press note.
