RAIA: Carmona Sports Club down United Boys of Ambaulim, 4-3, via the tie-breaker to move into the quarterfinals of Fernando Abranches Memorial Trophy, played at Verna panchayat ground. The match ended goalless draw in regular time.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Ambaulim scored through Visiton, Julius, Teron and Selton, while Edvil, Christbern and Dezwin netted for Carmona.
Ibon Fernandes of United Boys of Ambaulim was named star of the match, awarded by United Club of Verna Secretary, Casmiro Dias.
