Opposition MLAs, except GFP MLA Vijai Sardesai, stormed the well of the Goa Legislative Assembly after the Speaker disallowed a Question Hour query concerning No Development Zones under Section 39A of the TCP Act and Regional Plan 2021.
Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao also raised a Point of Order, questioning the Speaker’s decision. The situation grew tense as opposition MLAs raised slogans of “Shame… Shame…” inside the House.
